1) Q: Can I have my own design printing?

A: YES, we are the factory of OEM/ODM. All of our packaging are customzied.

2) Q: What kind of files do you accept for printing?

A: AI, PDF, CDR, EPS, GIF, high resolution JPG in 300 dpi.

3) Q: Can you do the design for us?

A: Yes, we have a professional team who can do the design for you. Just send us your high resolution image, logo & text, and how you would like to arrange, then we can help you carry out your ideas into perfect bags, boxes, etc.

4) Q: Is the price including mold cost, printing cost?

A: Yes, the price we quote you will include the printing cost & mold cost. 

It means you can use it directly when received the product.

5) Q: How fast can I receive the product?

A: The lead time is decided by the quantity and season you place the order.

Generally, our lead time is about 10days after payment & artwork confirmed.

6) Q: Can I get a sample?

A: Yes, if you want a sample of we made before, we can send it to you for free.

But courier fees is on you.

    If you need a sample made according to your request, because some cost occurs, we have to charge. Sampling fees decided by the product request, often 50-200usd. Samples are available within 5days. The sampling fees can be half or fully refunded when place the product quantity over some amount.

7) Q: Can you arrange the delivery?

A: Yes. the goods can be delivery by sea or by air/Express.

 And we can give you a competitive price & on-time delivery service.
